In reality, however, I've found no solid research that supports the claim that immigration detention centers are a major factor in the problem of crime in the United States.I've also found that any research conducted on the impact of immigration detention centers on crime is incredibly vague and insufficient. Any amount of data we do have, we're forced to make assumptions about how this data is used. Even worse, the data provided by these studies is not presented in a way that makes it easy to understand and analyze. Well, I think I would be surprised at the results.First of all, I think it would be very reasonable to expect that if we conduct research on immigration detention centers, that we would not find anything more than what we have already gathered. There are actually too many unanswered questions for anyone to get more than an educated guess on the topic. To make matters worse, the problems of these detention centers would seem to have worsened over the last several years.As for the impact of immigration detention centers on crime, it appears that they are a farce and a problem that has been manufactured. And since most people are completely opposed to the idea of immigration detention facilities, they are likely to be completely against the research papers on the topic.
